Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Archery Digest handles information when you visit this website. It is written for a small curated news site: we do not run user accounts, memberships, or a comments system.

What we collect

This application does not ask you to create an account. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, user agent, and the page requested) to operate and protect the service. Those logs are not used to build marketing profiles.

If you sign up for the weekly roundup, the email address you submit is sent to beehiiv, which delivers that newsletter. You can unsubscribe in any message they send.

Cookies and local storage

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. Google sets analytics cookies, including cookies named _ga, to tell visits apart and remember how you reached the site. Those cookies are not used for advertising. You can block or delete them in your browser.

We use Google AdSense. Google may set advertising cookies to show and measure ads on this site. You can turn off personalized ads in your Google ad settings, or block third-party cookies in your browser.

Your browser may cache stylesheets and scripts so the site loads faster. The homepage filter pills run entirely in your browser and do not send filter choices to our server.

Outbound links and affiliates

News cards link to original publishers. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Some cards include a “Gear Pick” search link, and the recommended reading page links to books. As an Amazon Associate, Archery Digest earns from qualifying purchases. Amazon may collect data according to its own policy when you follow them.
